Your Visit
We are committed to give the best patient care possible.
We ask that you come to Bellingham Surgery Center for a pre-operative visit about a week prior to your scheduled surgery. At this time we will have you complete important paperwork, make a copy of your insurance card and a nursing assessment will be done by a Registered Nurse. The RN will go over your health questionnaire and do a basic assessment. This allows us to have all the needed information accumulated and in your patient record on the day of surgery.
